   Leave a working end

   Leave more tail than you would for a figure-eight stopper.

   Make the lower loop

   Bring the end around and across the standing part.

   Go behind the standing part

   Carry the end around the back.

   Add the extra turn

   Continue once more around the standing part before coming down.

   Enter the first loop

   Bring the end forward and into the lower opening.

   Pass through the opening

   Bring the end out behind the lower rim.

   Set the stopper

   Draw the lower opening and the extra turn together. Keep the working end through the original opening.
